Justin emphasizes a functional movement-based approach to therapy, combining neuromuscular reeducation and therapeutic exercise to promote strength, active stabilization, mobility, coordination, and balance.

He incorporates manual therapy techniques to manage pain, reduce swelling, and improve joint mobility, supporting both short-term relief and long-term functional improvements. Patient education is a central focus of his care, empowering individuals to manage symptoms and maintain wellness.

Justin also utilizes modalities such as neuromuscular electrical stimulation, TENS, and thermal therapies to support recovery and enhance outcomes.

Justin is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified lymphedema therapist. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in kineseology and obtained his degrees from Oregon State University- Cascades.

Justin has always had a love for exercise and a passion for helping others. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, he worked in wild-land firefighting, geriatric/dementia care, the fitness industry and volunteered with homeless youth before returning to OSU Cascades for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Justin grew up in Bend, Oregon and enjoys hiking, camping and boating with his wife and kids, as well as fishing, hunting and mountain biking.
